Launch-stage policy: Review this policy with qualified counsel before materially expanding data processing, advertising, or commercial operations.
Information you provide
Newsletter signup collects an email address and sends it to Beehiiv when the service is configured. The contact form collects a name, email address, optional organization, inquiry category, and message and sends it through Resend when configured. Bot Labor Law does not persist these submissions in its own local database.
Analytics and cookies
Bot Labor Law uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page use. We do not intend to use fingerprinting, cross-site behavioral tracking, session replay, or form contents as analytics events. Service providers may process essential request data according to their own services and configurations.
Service providers
Vercel provides hosting and web analytics, Beehiiv provides newsletter delivery, and Resend provides contact-message delivery when their respective integrations are configured.
Use and retention
Information voluntarily submitted may be used to deliver requested communications, respond to inquiries, protect the service, and understand aggregate product use. Data should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, operational requirements, or applicable obligations.
Security limitations
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit confidential, privileged, or highly sensitive legal or employment information through the site.
External links and children
The site links to government and other external services whose practices we do not control. Bot Labor Law is directed to a professional audience and is not intended for children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as operations change. The effective version will appear here. Privacy inquiries can use the contact form.
