How corrections work
Significant factual corrections to published articles are dated and described on the affected article. Meaningful changes to regulatory records are preserved through record-level history. We do not remove a source trail merely because a later development changes the current summary.
Minor spelling, style, formatting, and accessibility edits may be made without a correction notice when they do not change meaning.

When the channel is activated, useful reports will identify the page, disputed statement, and authoritative supporting source. Do not submit sensitive legal-case information.
